Welcome to a journey of self-discovery and healing
 

When your inner narrative constantly tells you that you're not good enough, unworthy, or unlovable, and you find yourself asking, "What is wrong with me?" it often brings along a flood of emotions like guilt, shame, confusion, depression, stress, and anxiety. This can be especially true if you've experienced any form of abuse within toxic relationships.

​​If trauma has impacted your life in profound ways, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, and overwhelmed, you know all too well that it can affect all aspects of your life, including your relationships, work,  business, and your sense of self. I know this too, because I have experienced it for myself.

​

But I want you to know that this is not your fault, and there is NOTHING fundamentally wrong with you. Healing is not only possible, but it is well within your reach. It all starts by creating a safe and supportive space where we can explore how trauma has impacted both your body and mind, and gaining a deeper understanding of how past traumas may have shaped your life. 

​

Imparting clarity on your life is about gaining insights and understanding, and attaining a clear perspective on the various aspects of your life that you may feel dissatisfied with.  It's a process that delves into the challenges you face so that you can move forward with your goals, values, desires. 

​

You see, trauma doesn’t just affect your mind, it also manifests in your body, as eloquently detailed by Bessel Van Der Kolk's book "The Body Keeps the Score.”. Healing from trauma involves addressing both the mind, (especially at a subconscious level) and the body, as they are intimately connected. Therefore, a holistic approach that focuses on healing both aspects is essential.

​My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and deep respect for your unique experiences and needs. I'm here to support you on your healing journey, working in partnership with you to create a personalized experience tailored precisely to your needs and goals.

Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and techniques like hypnotherapy and brainspotting, we’ll explore the physical sensations and emotions linked to trauma. Together, we'll develop effective strategies for managing triggers, regulating your nervous system, strengthening your resilience, and ultimately, helping you regain a sense of empowerment.

Remember, there is nothing wrong with you, and you don't need fixing! You already possess the wisdom to heal yourself; and through our work, we'll explore ways to heal and move forward, ultimately bringing clarity to your journey!

Understanding Trauma & It's Impact

The thought of working on past traumas may feel overwhelming or even scary to you. However, I want to stress the importance of healing from these experiences and explain the risks of not doing so.

​

The affects of unresolved trauma and affects of narcissistic abuse can have a significant impact on your life, often leading to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, and physical health problems. It can affect your ability to function day-to-day, hold a job or run your business, and maintain healthy relationships.

​

Trauma can also impact your sense of self-worth and your ability to trust others. It can lead to feelings of shame, guilt, and isolation, making it difficult to connect with others and form meaningful  connected and mutually trustworthy relationships.

​

If left unaddressed, trauma can become a chronic condition, continuing to affect your life for years or even decades. It can lead to a cycle of negative patterns and behaviors that can be difficult to break.

​

While it can be difficult to face past traumas and work through the associated emotions and memories, it is essential to do so in order to heal and move forward in your  life. With the right support and guidance from me, it is possible to develop new coping strategies, build resilience, and find a greater sense of peace, joy and well-being.

​

 Remember, healing is a journey, and it is never too late to start!
