Have you ever promised yourself that you will take better care of your body, promising that you will lose the weight. You eat healthy for a week and then slip back into your old ways?

Have you been telling yourself you "need" to move more? Perhaps you've even joined a gym, making a monthly donation to them (because you pay, but you dont go!)

The Keeping Promises to Yourself Retreat is a chance for you to put yourself first and spend a weekend in Fort Myers, FL. Registration includes retreat only. Flight,s accomodations, and meals are not included.

Engage in discussions to motivate you to pursue your innermost dreams and strong desires and passions.

Learn valuable tools and skills to help you understand why you haven't been keeping promises to yourself, and why you have a tendency to self sabotage. Discover how to change the way you think about things and why your thoughts are always responsible for your results; good or bad.

Be inspired by guest speaker. Yvonne Taylor, the owner of "Fitness for Every Body". Yvonne is a personal trainer, and certified nutritionist, who will be sharing her tips and tricks on how you can keep your health promises to yourself, and how to separate your self worth from the number on the scale.

Spend time with like-minded women and immerse yourself in a fun, transformational, weekend experience along side other women who are struggling with the same things as you, and who want to learn how to keep promises to themselves too!

If you have ever uttered the words " I need a girl's weekend away" or have you told yourself "I need to start putting myself first," then grab a girlfriend and keep that promise to yourself!
