Are you looking for a way to be honest with yourself about your past, understand what got you to where you are today, and a safe place to start your healing journey?

Do you recognize that you are a people pleaser, peace maker or caretaker? Do you feel guilty because you are feeling resentful towards others?

Living life this way can feel very overwhelming!

It's exhausting, isn't it?

Are you living your life for others, or walking on egg shells around people, trying not to say or do the wrong thing?

Do you merely exist, instead of living your life, yet you don't know how to change that?

Perhaps you are tired of picking the "wrong" person and being stuck in a cycle of abuse and angst. Do you think it will just be easier to stay single, so you don't get hurt again?

If any of this resonates with you, this retreat is for you! It's time to over come what has been holding you back from living a happier life full of joy and promise for the future.

Sometimes the things mentioned above  happen because of unresolved trauma. Attending this retreat will help you to recognize what got you to where you are right now and will empower you to be able to recognize what has happened TO YOU, and learn how to set healthy boundaries for yourself.

You will gain practical tools you can immediately implement to ensure you leave the retreat fully capable of living a balanced, joyful and peaceful life.

Come away from the retreat feeling lighter and with a plan of action to live the life you have always desired.

Releasing trauma clears the way for you to live authentically as your true self, with compassion, courage, calmness, curiosity and confidence. Connections with others will be enhanced, your creative side will awaken, and you will return to living a flourishing life, loving yourself and others.

Tanya and Angela will guide you through workshops that are bespoke to each participant.

This all inclusive retreat includes accommodations, meals, all work shops and activities.

Tidioute is located in the Allegheny Forest near the Allegheny river and a beautiful location in the fall with the changing leaves and breathtaking scenery.

It's your time to release your trauma and
return to loving yourself and others!

"I was so impressed with the weekend, and only wish we had more time to learn even more and go deeper. The amount of planning, love and passion you put into all aspects of the event (from location to food to content) was easily seen and felt by all of us.

Truly, I am so appreciative of the eye-opening weekend."

~ H.H.

“If I could describe the retreat in one word I would use awakening. Prior to going to the retreat, I was yearning for balance and I feel like, for the first time in a long time, I got the opportunity to rediscover what that looks like. The retreat was absolutely phenomenal, from the aesthetic of the location, to the great food, to the wonderful group of ladies I got to share it with. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing and the knowledge and wisdom that was given was so empowering and transformational. It really planted a seed that will forever grow and change the course of generations in my bloodline. In just one weekend, I felt that I was revived, renewed and reconnected with my inner self and also with a new perspective on my past. The only thing I would say is that I wish it was longer but all in all it was well worth it.”
